Six months is the floor, not the average. From there, both the timeline and the price depend on one thing: where your brand actually is today.
That's why there's no single number on this page. A founder with a finished product and no launch, and a founder with a sketch and a name they're not sure about, are not doing the same work — and shouldn't be quoted the same way.
You have an idea
Nothing exists yet. Name, positioning, product, factory and launch all get built from zero — the longest route, and the one where the early decisions cost the most later.
You have a product
It's made, but there's no brand around it and no launch behind it. The manufacturing question is already answered; the market one isn't.
Most brands arrive somewhere between the two. The discovery call exists to find out where — and what that means in months and in budget.

Finding your clothing manufacturer — in the USA, Colombia or China
We are not a clothing manufacturer — which is exactly why we can put your product in the right one. We source and manage the manufacturing: we find the factories, run the samples, and stay on the production until the boxes arrive. For a new brand that is usually the difference between a first run that sells and a first run that sits in a garage.
An agency with one factory will fit your product to that factory. Three origins means your product decides where it gets made — not what we happen to own. What it costs and how long it takes is settled with the factory, per project.
